download limit on Rapid Share Probs

Alright friends , started using Rapidshare for the first time and have successfully downloaded a couple of music videos etc , have tried to DL another for Rapidsahre to tell me that i have used up my free down loads , what do i do to overide this if anything

Boa mate , still trying to get speeds up but still going dead slow , i have a 2 meg router but still crawls , could it be something to do with my firewall in router , but disk at bottom is always on green with a tick , saying to me that every thing is ok , any tips mate on how to get my speed better , maybe AOL throttles Ut***** , i really miss BT downloads for kida are always wanting films etc ,but have lost faith in it all due to Firewall hassle wiyh Az***** and slw DL speed on Ut*****
